Rocket Companies’ annual survey, Outlet, provides an opportunity for team members to voice their opinions, which in turn allows leadership teams to know what is working, what needs to be improved, and what opportunities exist. Rocket Companies’ quarterly survey, Spark, is a streamlined version of Outlet, that facilitates more frequent feedback and ideas from team members.
