In 2020, Rocket Companies’ Talent Development business area was focused on cultivating a strong learning and development culture by investing in team member growth and talent enablement. Its mission was to provide employees with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in their roles, while promoting continuous improvement and innovation. This included offering extensive training programs, mentorship opportunities, and resources to support career advancement.
In an effort to communicate progress, My team and I were tasked by the Vice President to create a first-half report that highlighted Talent Development’s initiatives, accomplishments, challenges, key performance indicators, and future goals. The goal was to emphasize the significance of Talent Development’s contributions to the company’s overall success.
