In 2019, Rocket Companies’ Talent Development business area was dedicated to fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth, with a focus on team member development and talent enablement. Its mission was to provide team members with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their roles while driving a culture of ongoing improvement and innovation. This included offering comprehensive training programs, mentorship opportunities, and resources for career advancement.
In an effort to communicate progress, my team and I were tasked by our Vice President to create a series of reports that highlighted Talent Development’s initiatives, accomplishments, challenges, key performance indicators, and future goals. The Vice President wanted to emphasize the critical role Talent Development played in the company’s success.
