The Journey

The Journey is a platform that offers internal and external learning and educational opportunities related to career growth for team members and leaders within Rocket. It’s comprised of a variety of courses, programs, soft skills training and resources specific to business areas within the organization.

In collaboration with a team of designers and copywriters, our efforts were directed at creating a uniform visual appearance and tone of voice. We focused on ensuring that the identity and messaging were consistent, engaging, and aligned with the company’s principles; creating a user-friendly experience that supports professional development and enhances organizational culture.
