A collaboration between Rocket's marketing and creative teams to unify the brand identity.
As part of a company-wide brand refresh, I collaborated with a cross-functional team of creatives throughout Rocket to unify and elevate its visual identity, including Rocket’s learning and development materials. Rocket’s internal and external-facing materials were completely rebranded to reflect the organization’s new mission, voice, and positioning.
The work was driven by the need to strengthen the brand’s image as not only a fintech services company, but as America’s preferred brand for homeownership. Rocket embraced the brand archetype of a “Compassionate Trailblazer”, affirming its culture of innovation, resilience, and unwavering belief in others.
With new imagery and visual elements promoting personal growth and empowerment, my team and I worked to update the learning and development resources to support a broader effort to align the company’s materials with the brand identity.
